Former resident of Montreal-East, on December 2nd 2018, peacefully, at age 87, has passed away, surrounded by his loved ones, Mr. Thomas Smith, beloved husband of Mrs. Hélène Duchesne.

He leaves in mourning, his wife, Mrs. Hélène Duchesne, his children Thomas Jr (Lise Paquet), Kevin (Jeannine Bouchard) and Patricia (Daniel Mayer), his grand-children, Jennifer (Emanuel), Laura-Stephanie, Jessica (Matthew), Erika (Alexandre), Ryan, Deandra and Darcy, his great grandson Raphael, his sister Lorna McCormick and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Fondation woud be greatly appreciated.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 8th from 11 AM to 4 PM at Rajotte Funeral Home, 765 Notre-Dame Street, Repentigny.

The funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 4 pm in the funeral home's chapel.

Reception by the family will follow the ceremony at the funeral home at 5 pm to 7 pm.

De Montréal-Est, le 2 décembre 2018, à l'âge de 87 ans, entouré de sa famille qu'il adorait tant, est décédé paisiblement monsieur Thomas Smith, époux de madame Hélène Duchesne.

Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants: Thomas Jr (Lise Paquet), Kevin (Jeannine Bouchard) et Patricia (Daniel Mayer), ses petits-enfants: Jennifer (Emanuel), Laura-Stephanie, Jessica (Matthew), Erika (Alexandre), Ryan, Deandra et Darcy, son arrière-petit fils Raphael, sa soeur Lorna McCormick, ainsi que parents et amis. 

Les visites auront lieu le samedi 8 décembre 2018 de 11h à 16h, suivi d'une célébration à 16h et d'un léger goûter de 17h à 19h.  

Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à la Fondation des Maladies du Coeur seraient apprécié.
